  • Measuring and processing current assets (cash, inventory, and receivables).
  • Accounting for Property, Plant, and Equipment (IAS 16) and Intangible Assets (IAS 38).
  • Treatment of Investment Property (IAS 40) and Impairment of Assets (IAS 36).
  • Accounting for Provisions, Contingent Liabilities, and Contingent Assets (IAS 37).

Day 3: Business Combinations and Determining Accounting Control

  • Business Combinations Standard (IFRS 3): Types of combinations and stages of applying the acquisition method.
