We provide a refund and exchange policy for courses under specific conditions. Please keep your order number and provide the reason for your request to help speed up the process. Your request will be reviewed within a response period not exceeding 5 business days, and you will be notified by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to extend this period in exceptional cases.
Refund Period:
- Users may request a refund within 15 days from the purchase date, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the course start date.
- Refunds can only be requested up to 24 hours before the course begins.
- Refund processing takes 2–10 business days.
- The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bank details for refund transactions.
Refund Conditions:
- Users are entitled to a full refund if the course is not delivered by the center for any reason.
- The order number, purchase invoice, or bank transfer slip (if applicable) must be provided when initiating a refund request.
- Refund or exchange requests are subject to review by management to ensure compliance with the policy. Approval is granted only after verification.
- A full refund will be granted if the course is not held at the scheduled date and time or if it is postponed to a date unsuitable for the user.
- A full refund will be granted if the trainee does not receive the certificate.
- No refunds are allowed after the course has been conducted on its scheduled date.
- Trainees may not postpone a course but are entitled to a full refund if requested no later than 24 hours before the start date.
- Trainees may exchange their course for another of equal value or pay the difference if applicable, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the course start date.
- If payment was made through credit cards, Mada, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, or Tamara, bank charges or fees imposed by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If the refund has not been received, users should first recheck their bank account, then contact their credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Finally, they should contact their bank, as processing time may vary.
Partial Refund:
- Clients may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% if they withdraw during an ongoing course, subject to negotiation with the center.
How to Request a Refund:
- The order number, purchase invoice, or bank transfer slip (if available) must be provided when initiating the refund process.
- Clients can submit refund requests through the (Support) page, selecting (Refund Request), and providing details such as: Order Number Order Value Order Date Course Name Requests can also be sent to (info@mada.edu.sa).
Policy Review:
- Mada Almarefa Training Center reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically.
Exceptions Not Covered by the Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Errors caused by the client entering incorrect information during the purchase process. The client is fully responsible for selecting services or courses, and entering personal or registration details accurately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes related to the use of the website or the services provided through it shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
