availability strategies and disaster recovery mechanisms in order to ensure service stability.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare candidates to pass the (SK0-005) examination through training on performance-based questions (PBQs) and troubleshooting scenarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Detailed Training Content<\/h2>\n<h3>Unit 1: Server Hardware Installation and Management<\/h3>\n<p>Installation of server hardware components (Server Hardware Installation), including processors, random-access memory, and redundant power supplies.<br \/>\nStorage management and configuration of various RAID levels in order to ensure performance speed and data redundancy.<br \/>\nRack-mounting installation, as well as cable and power management within data centers.<br \/>\nFirmware updates and management of the Basic Input\/Output System (BIOS\/UEFI).<br \/>\nCompletion of practical exercises and application-based questions on hardware component installation and storage array configuration.<\/p>\n<h3>Unit 2: Server Administration<\/h3>\n<p>Installation and configuration of server operating systems (Server OS Installation), as well as management of licenses and software updates.<br \/>\nVirtualization management and configuration of virtual machines and virtual switches.<br \/>\nCore network services (Network Services), such as (DNS), (DHCP), and remote access protocols (SSH\/RDP).<br \/>\nIT asset management and the documentation of infrastructure and server configurations.<br \/>\nCompletion of practical exercises and application-based questions on systems administration, services, and virtual environments.<\/p>\n<h3>Unit 3: Security and Disaster Recovery<\/h3>\n<p>Application of physical and logical server security controls (Server Security Controls), including securing ports and protocols.<br \/>\nIdentity and Access Management, and the application of the principle of least privilege.<br \/>\nBackup strategies and implementation of the (3-2-1) principle in order to ensure data integrity.<br \/>\nDisaster Recovery Planning and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing.<br \/>\nCompletion of practical exercises and application-based questions on server security and backup and recovery methodologies.<\/p>\n<h3>Unit 4: Troubleshooting<\/h3>\n<p>The troubleshooting methodology (Troubleshooting Theory), consisting of seven steps for resolving technical problems.<br \/>\nDiagnosis of hardware failures (Hardware Troubleshooting), such as memory-related issues, overheating, and disk failures.<br \/>\nResolution of network connectivity problems (Network Troubleshooting) and analysis of port and protocol performance.<br \/>\nTroubleshooting of software and application issues (Software and Application Troubleshooting) and system log analysis (Log Analysis).<br \/>\nCompletion of practical exercises and application-based questions on troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.<\/p>\n<h3>Unit 5: Final Review and Official Examination Simulation<\/h3>\n<p>A comprehensive review of all (SK0-005) examination domains, with emphasis on the most technically complex points.<br \/>\nAnalysis of performance-based questions (Performance-Based Questions) and training through practical simulation.<br \/>\nAdministration of a full mock examination (Full Mock Exam) that simulates the actual examination environment in terms of content and timing.<br \/>\nDiscussion of exam-taking strategies and methods for efficiently eliminating incorrect answers.<br \/>\nCompletion of practical exercises and application-based questions
